Terms of Sale

These terms govern your use of store.elevateqcs.com, run by Elevate Quality Compliance Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company at 2604 Whittier Place, Wilmington, DE 19808, USA. By using the store you accept them. If you use the store for a company, you confirm you may accept them for it.

Your use of a product you buy is covered by the License and Terms (or, for Consultant editions, the Consultant License).

We sell digital implementation kits, add-ons, bundles, document packs and single documents. Each product page lists the files included, the formats and the license. Products are delivered as downloads; nothing is shipped.

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and VAT, and refunds under its Buyer Terms. Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes are calculated at checkout. Paddle emails your invoice, which serves as your receipt.

After payment is confirmed you get a download page and an email with links. Links last 24 hours and each file allows 5 downloads. You can request a fresh link by email; it does not reset the download allowance.

Refunds are handled through Paddle. See the Refund policy.

The products are implementation material aligned with the named standards and regulations. They are not legal advice. Certification decisions are made only by accredited certification bodies, and regulatory decisions by the relevant authorities. ElevateQCS is not affiliated with ISO, IEC, the AICPA, the European Union or any authority.

The store, its text, design and products belong to ElevateQCS or its licensors. Standards are copyrighted by their publishers (for example ISO and IEC) and are not included.

Do not:

• break the law or anyone's rights through the store;
• share download links or files beyond what your license allows, or bypass download limits;
• send false information, spam or automated bulk requests;
• scrape the store at scale, or use our content to train AI models, without permission.

To the extent the law allows, the store and its content are provided "as is", and our total liability for a claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
