How the ElevateQCS store collects, uses and protects personal data.
1. Who we are
Elevate Quality Compliance Solutions LLC ("ElevateQCS", "we") is a Delaware limited liability company at 2604 Whittier Place, Wilmington, DE 19808, USA. We run store.elevateqcs.com and are the controller of the personal data described here. Questions and requests: support@elevateqcs.com.
2. What we collect

3. Why we use it

4. Who we share it with
We never sell personal data. We share it only with providers that process it for us:

| Resend, and Lovable's email service | Sending delivery and preview emails. |
| Google (Analytics 4, YouTube) | Analytics after consent; video playback when you press play. |
5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, limit or object to its use, or withdraw consent. Email support@elevateqcs.com; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context advertising.
8. International transfers
Some providers process data in the US and other countries. For data from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where available.
