ElevateQCS Consultant Editions — Consultant License and Terms

These terms apply to purchasers of the Consultant edition of any ElevateQCS kit, and of any bundle sold in a Consultant edition (the "Kit"), supplied by Elevate Quality Compliance Solutions LLC ("ElevateQCS"). They replace the single-organization License and Terms for this purchase. By downloading or using the Kit you accept these terms. The version in force on your purchase date applies to your purchase.

1. Who the license covers

One consulting business (the "Licensee"), including its employees and contractors working on its behalf. The license is not transferable and may not be shared with other consulting businesses.

2. Unlimited client use

The Licensee may use, edit and adapt the Kit to deliver services to an unlimited number of its own clients, for an unlimited time, at any number of client sites.

3. White-label rights

The client documents in this edition (manuals, policies, procedures, registers, forms, workbooks, training materials and worked examples) carry no ElevateQCS branding. You may add your own or your client's branding. You may hand adapted documents to each client for that client's own management system. A client receiving them may use them internally only; it receives no right to resell or redistribute them.

4. You may not

Resell, sublicense, publish or distribute the Kit, or a substantially complete set of its documents, as a template product, toolkit or download, whether branded or unbranded; give a client the complete Kit files beyond the documents prepared for that client's engagement; upload the Kit to template marketplaces, file-sharing services or AI-training datasets; remove copyright notices from the Practitioner Guide, Start Here pack or videos, which remain ElevateQCS-branded and are for the Licensee's internal use.

5. Intellectual property

ElevateQCS owns the Kit. White-label use does not transfer ownership. ISO and IEC standards are copyrighted by ISO and IEC, and EU legal texts by the European Union; ElevateQCS is not affiliated with or endorsed by ISO, IEC or the EU. The Kit paraphrases and interprets requirements and does not reproduce the standards. The Licensee and each client need their own licensed copies of the standards they implement.

6. Professional responsibility

The Licensee is solely responsible for the advice and services it provides to its clients and for adapting the content to each client. No consulting services from ElevateQCS are included.

7. No certification guarantee

Certification decisions are made only by accredited certification bodies. ElevateQCS does not guarantee certification, audit outcomes or regulatory compliance for the Licensee or any client.

8. Updates

The Licensee receives free updates to the purchased edition, by email, for 12 months from the date of purchase. Errors reported to us are corrected and the corrected files are sent free for as long as the edition is sold.

9. Payments and refunds

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment, invoicing, sales tax/VAT and refunds under its buyer terms and Refund Policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy). Because the products are digital and delivered immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery starts right away and that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers) once the download begins. If a product is materially not as described, email support@elevateqcs.com within 14 days of purchase and we will correct it or ask Paddle to refund you. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

10. Liability, law and contact

To the extent permitted by law, ElevateQCS's total liability is limited to the price paid; no liability for indirect or consequential loss, including the Licensee's or clients' loss of certification, contracts or profit. Governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA; mandatory protections in your country still apply. Questions: support@elevateqcs.com
